Our base Sydney group specialise in the diagnosis and treatment of infertile and sub fertile couples, our job also involve providing leadership in the refining and development of Chinese medicine protocol on the treatment of infertility, through on going research and thorough investigation.


Bill Zhang, the director and the senior practitioner at the Newtown Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Centre has over 20 years experience in complementary medicine and is currently conducting research on female and male infertility, unexplained infertility, miscarriage and pregnancy in older women.

Other conditions treated at the center include: all gynecological and menopausal complaints; support during pregnancy and preparation for labour; irritable bowel syndrome; chronic fatigue; anxiety and depression; allergies and chronic sinusitis; muscular skeletal problems; sports injuries; arthritis; auto immune diseases; and support during cancer treatment.

Bill Zhang, Bachelor in Medicine (acupuncture & Chinese herbal medicine); is the founder and Director of the Newtown Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Centre (T/A Rendetang Chinese Medicine Center).

Bill has been specialising in male and female infertility, miscarriage prevention, pregnancy support, gynaecology and obstetrics in Chinese medicine for more than 20 years. Bill has a great deal of clinical experience in these areas.

Bill is a Registered Acupuncturist with the Chinese Medicine Registration Board of Victoria (CMRB), a member of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA)and also a member of Australian Traditional Medicine Society Ltd(ATMs).
